Program

The economics of the legal industry have fundamentally changed with the current recession. Overall demand for outside legal services is down and in-house counsel and outside law firms must partner to deliver more with less. In-house attorneys are looking for innovative solutions to their problems by partnering with law firms as well as looking beyond law firms for alternate solutions.

The panel will address various topics including alternative fees, social media, use of technology, service delivery models and the expanding role of legal process outsourcing.
