Brian Colucci is the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. He has spent more than 15 years developing and implementing strategies that help lawyers and law firms strengthen client relationships. Brian’s approach focuses on implementing best-of-class client service, project management and communications processes – all with the goal of providing the most effective and efficient platform for lawyers to deliver the best results for their clients.

Charles L. Curtis is the Director of Partner Hiring and Integration, responsible for the firmwide recruitment and integration of partners at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.  His responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for identifying partner talent, managing all aspects of the partner hiring process, including financial analysis of individual partner candidates and groups, developing and maintaining relationships with reputable search firms internationally, and developing and implementing successful integration programs that ensure new partners are effectively integrated and appropriately supported in expanding their practices within Pillsbury's platform. 

Kim Holloway Kripalani is the Director of Partner Integration & Development Services at Perkins Coie.  Kim leads the team devoted to the onboarding and integration of the firm’s lateral and promoted partners, focusing much of her time in the areas of business development strategy and execution.  Kim joined Perkins Coie in 2006 as the Client Relations Manager for the Portland office.  In addition to her work for the Portland office, Kim developed the firmwide Business Development Training program and has supported the Client Development Coaching program since 2009. 

Richard Ormond is a Shareholder in Buchalter Nemer’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Ormond serves as the Firm's Hiring Partner and is a member of Firm’s Board of Directors. He is also former Chair of the Firm’s Pro‐Bono Committee. Mr. Ormond has been selected as a Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star eight times from 2005 to 2012, and was also recognized as one of "L.A.'s Top 100 Lawyers" by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
